Bringing your baby home is a joyful and deeply personal experience — but it can also be exhausting as everyone adjusts to new routines and sleep patterns. Kristin the Doula offers overnight postpartum support to help families rest, recover, and feel confident during those tender early weeks.
Each package includes an in-home planning visit to discuss your goals, preferences, and household rhythms. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both baby’s needs and your family’s well-being.

Overnight Support
When you bring a new baby home, nights can feel long, exhausting, and overwhelming. Overnight postpartum doula care offers you rest, reassurance, and recovery while knowing your baby is in trusted hands. What a shift may look like: -I arrive in the evening and quietly settle in so you can finish your day. -I care for your baby through the night — soothing, changing, and feeding (or bringing baby to you for breast/chestfeeding). -I track feedings, diaper changes, and sleep so you wake up informed. -I tidy up bottles, pump parts, or the nursery so mornings feel lighter. -You wake up feeling more rested, supported, and ready to take on the day. Overnight doula care is more than “help” — it’s a safe space for you to heal, rest, and transition into your new role with confidence.

Belly Binding
Belly binding is a traditional postpartum practice that involves wrapping the abdomen with cloth to provide gentle support. Potential benefits may include: -Improved posture and core support during healing -A feeling of being “held” and supported after birth -Gentle encouragement of the abdominal muscles and organs toward pre-pregnancy positioning -Support for pelvic stability and reduced discomfort -Enhanced comfort during movement and daily activities
